Foshan King Fad New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacture of decorative wood-based panels, we made MFC from designing to finishing base on Color Material Finishing know-how. Established in 2021, located in Lishui Nanhai Foshan, the center of the Pearl River Delta, with 10000 square meters space and a 20+ years experienced team, we have four internationally leading, brand-new single-layer double-sided melamine hot-pressing production lines, including two 4x8-foot lines and two 4x9-foot lines, with an annual output of approximately 1 million melamine-faced panels. All presses in the lines have a tonnage of over 2,000 tons, easily covering the vast majority of ultra-deep embossing and ultra-high-density substrates on the market. The entire line is equipped with secondary-circulation precision temperature control, which effectively reduces board deformation caused by inaccurate pressing temperatures. All lines are fitted with fully automatic, top-configuration servo motor control systems to minimize manual intervention, along with a full-process dust-removal cooling board line that ensures rapid cooling and shortens the conditioning period. The entire line features laser-precise alignment and synchronous grain matching, and promotes clean production, with three pure lithium-electric forklifts deployed across the lines. The company has currently developed over 60 sets of trendsetting steel plate molds with ultra-high reproduction fidelity for natural wood, fabric, leather, and stone textures, ensuring that we can fully meet your highest requirements for all kinds of decorative artificial boards.
Our cutting-edge fully automatic facilities are capable of laminating varies spec of panels such as Chipboard (Particle Board, MFC), High Moisture Resistant (HMR), OSB (FOSB, LSB), LDF(Soft Board), MDF, HDF, White Board (Dry Erase Board), Chalk Board, Flame Retardant, Plywood, Hard Wood (Finger-Jointed core), SPC, PET/PETG, Acrylic, UV, EB, Anti-Finger Print, and so on.
